Shipping and Receiving

As a client of MAS Prep Center, You are fully responsible for the proper shipping and delivery of your inventory to MAS Prep Center’s warehouse, which is indicated on our official website (www.masprepcenter.com). Whether your inventory is fulfilled overseas to the USA or fulfilled nationwide to our warehouse, it is your responsibility to arrange the necessary transportation and ship them to our warehouse. MAS Prep Center is not responsible for any import customs duties, shipping charges, customs clearance costs, taxes, tariffs, port storage, freight forwarding fees, or other charges related to your merchandise and inventory.

MAS Prep Center reserves the right to reject your inventory if, in its absolute discretion:

• Your inventory is deemed hazardous.
• Your inventory tends to be damaged.
• The services you have ordered from MAS Prep Center are outside the scope of the services we provide.
• Your inventory is otherwise unacceptable.
• You and MAS Prep Center disagree on charges for the services.
• You did not notify us before sending the product.
• Your products (shipments) do not contain our assigned code.
• You failed to comply with our upfront payment policy before sending your products.

In the case your inventory arrives damaged, hazardous, or is deemed unacceptable, MAS Prep Center will notify you of the circumstances and advise on how to proceed.

If MAS Prep Center makes an error in labeling, packaging, or shipping, we will remedy the issue in a commercially reasonable way, including covering return shipping costs. However, we will not be liable for lost sales, revenue, or damages during the return process.

By using our Website or corresponding with MAS Prep Center, you agree that all electronic agreements, notes, and communications meet any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Storage and Warehousing

If we store your inventory at your request or for reasons not involving MAS Prep Center’s fault, you are responsible for storage fees. If you do not pay the storage fees within seven (7) business days of being notified, MAS Prep Center reserves the right to sell or dispose of your inventory.

If you fail to pay the storage bill within 10 business days of receiving the invoice, MAS Prep Center will issue a warning, and all services will be put on hold. If payment is not made within 30 days, MAS Prep Center reserves the right to sell the inventory to cover service costs.

Payment Terms

MAS Prep Center reserves the right to maintain possession of your inventory if charges are declined. If payment is not received within ten (10) business days, MAS Prep Center may terminate the agreement, sell your inventory, store it at your expense, or dispose of it.

Termination and Cancellation

MAS Prep Center reserves the right to terminate the agreement at its discretion without prior notice for reasons including nonpayment, offensive behavior, or violations of the agreement.

Refund

MAS Prep Center is not liable for product damage caused by third-party couriers or carriers. We will only provide refunds for mistakes made by us in labeling, packaging, or storage.

Returns and Disposals

If no solution is found within 30 business days for issues regarding your inventory, MAS Prep Center reserves the right to sell, store, or dispose of it.

Limitation of Liability

MAS Prep Center will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or our services. MAS Prep Center's liability, if any, will not exceed the revenue earned from your specific service or product purchase.
